THE PRICE YOU PAY AT YOUR PHARMACY

The Pharmacy

The pharmacy that you visit opens its doors everyday with the prospect of making money … same reason you go to work, right? It’s a business just like any other business. They purchase the products that they sell at one price and then increase the price by some predetermined percentage.

The prescription drug business is a little different in the fact that much engineering had to go into that tiny pill that your doctor prescribes for you … some very intelligent chemical engineers worked for hours or days or months or even years to design that tiny end product we call a pill … just for what ails you … and we know that that wasn’t cheep … the companies that those engineers work for have to recoup their money. End result … drugs ain’t cheap … its nothing personal … its only business!

Health Insurance

Once upon a time in this great country, most of us had health insurance. This health insurance was usuallly provided by the company we worked for and was used to pay for 80% (sometimes higher, sometimes lower) of our doctor and hospital visits and our prescription drugs. Ah, but times have changed … there re now over 40 million people in this country who are not covered by health insurance. Now, in this 21st century, many people are trying to figure out how to pay for their medical services and prescription medicines.

Well, I can’t give you any health insurance and I can’t give you any money to buy your medicines with … BUT … I can show you how to get those medicines cheaper … and sometimes even free … click  HERE for some answers that will help you keep some money in your wallet.
